The Jump Factory project comprises two residential towers each with 32 floors. The main contractor, Mace Group, instructed CCS to receive, store, preassemble the structural steel and deliver to the E20 Stratford site in preparation for the erection phase.

The design consists of four main columns with a jacking system to elevate the steel frame building 6 metres at one time, with secondary steel then utilised to accommodate additional jumps. Metal Yapi engineered and designed the complex steel structures which required expertise and careful planning to erect.

The CSS team of highly skilled operatives were required to complete the installation and follow an agreed tight schedule as part of the overall construction timeline.

This project was a complete success and Mace Group and Metal Yapi were both very satisfied with the result.
